Most roofs show clear warning signs when they’re nearing the end of their life: missing or curling shingles, granules collecting in gutters, sagging areas, daylight visible from the attic, or persistent leaks. That said, many issues that look serious are actually simple repairs. The only way to know for sure is a professional inspection and we offer those free of charge with no obligation.

How long does a roof replacement take?

For most single-family homes, a full roof replacement takes 1-3 days, weather permitting. Larger or more complex roofs may take longer. We’ll give you a clear timeline before we start, and we always clean up thoroughly at the end of each day.

Do you work with insurance companies?

Yes. Storm damage, hail, and wind claims are a major part of what we do. We’ll meet with your adjuster on-site, document everything thoroughly, and help guide you through the claims process so you’re not navigating it alone.

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely. We’re fully licensed, bonded, and carry both general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. We’re happy to provide proof of coverage before any work begins and you should always ask any contractor for the same.
